Avenger's Coaches Converge On Montlake

Jan '25 - Seattle, WA - This past weekend, ten Avenger coaches, representing 12U - 16U, attended the University of Washington Coach's Clinic, along with one attending the Pitching Coach's Clinic the night before. Though several had attended this event in the past, it was great to have the entire group out and to get to hear from head Coach Heather Tarr and her staff about their coaching philosophies, conditioning and warmup routines, drills and practice plans all while getting to see the team in action doing a demonstration practice for the crowd. It was so informative to hear from coach Tarr as well as those from the old guard, like Assistant Coach Lance Glasoe, to the new coaches like the young and talented Brad Kilpatrick, their new Pitching Coach. Events like this only serve to further our organization's commitment to providing our kids with the best opportunities to succeed in the game they love, both now and in the future.
